I am the owner of a Mendeley Group where several members have uploaded PDFs. Recently, one member is getting the following message each time he tries to access/download a PDF: Error ID: pBsp77NuEF4 Access to this resource is not allowed
Any ideas on why this is happening and how I can address it?
