I have tagged a few papers via Mendeley Desktop within a group. The tags appear under the paper details in the group and in the list of tags on the web version. However, when I click on the tag it does not bring up a list of tagged papers and says "There are no documents."
I have synced multiple times and refreshed the group in the web version. The new tags are clearly added to the list online, but when selected they do not bring up a list of papers with that tag. Am I missing a step?
