We have a user (helen.philips@vandapharma.com) that has been issues with her account gettting access to our Vanda private group.
Even though its been accepted and I see her in my members list, the Vanda group does not show up in her Groups Library when she logs in via the web or from the Mendeley Desktop in windows. Can you look to see if there is any issues with her account?
I also tried removing her from the group and re-adding her but that didn't appear to help at all.
