Hi,
I have two problems. I am trying to facilitate a journal club and one of my colleagues has had the following two problems when commenting on a paper in a group.
1. Somehow the comments that she made are recorded as in "my documents" so they won't sync. but they still appear when you access the paper through the group.
2. Some comments made by other people have been duplicated in her account and assigned to her. This has happened in a weird inconsistent way (more than one person, not all of each person's comments)
