I have tried to send an invitation to join our group to a new staff member several times over the past 3 days and she has never received the email invitation. I have used the resend option, and also cancelled the invite and then invited her again. I have tried sending the invite from my desktop and also from the web version of our account. She has never received an email from Mendeley inviting her to our group. We have not exceeded our number of members, so I have no idea how to otherwise include her in our group.
